Software developer Cascade Mobile has launched an online portal called Breeze Apps that lets users get free applications for their mobile phones. The free apps are subsidized by ads. Apple’s popular iPhone is not supported by Breeze Apps. Toronto-based Cascade Mobile provides a software platform for creating and distributing mobile applications.
