Infosys to Acquire UK SAP Consultant Axon Group

Indian software powerhouse Infosys is acquiring UK SAP consulting firm Axon Group for $753.1 million.

The deal is expected to close by November this year.

The 2,000-man Axon Group, which provides SAP consultancy services to MNCs, has offices in the UK, North America, Malaysia and Australia.

In 2007, Axon Group reported a net income of $37.4 million on revenues of $378.3 million.
