I dont know if you have heard Azhagae Azhagu from Raajaparvai yet again. , wonderful song.
Bang on with Enna Sattham from punnagai mannan. I remember Kavignar Vaali telling that in all the songs he has penned lyrics for, this one was the most melodious and best picturized.
Albeit recent, Swaasame from Thenali is also a favorite.
Same with Isaiyil Thodangudhamma from Hey Ram- should go down as one of the best compositions(dunno if it was picturized only on Kamal, though)

As you say, Kamal does tend to dominate every frame of his movies. Still, some actors like Pasupathy went on to eat Kamal’s lunch (example: Virumandi).
