A love story you'll fall in love with.

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, a fast-paced account of two Londoners Raj (Shahrukh Khan) and Simran (Kajol) who fall in love while gallivanting through Europe and their subsequent travails, is a treat to watch.

The songs, particularly Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna, Mere Khwabon Mein and Zara Sa Jhoom Loon Main, are pleasing and the Shahrukh-Kajol chemistry on screen is a sight to behold.

Amrish Puri as Simran's father, Farida Jalal as Simran's mother and Anupan Kher as Raj's dad provide adequate ballast.

One let-down was Amrish Puri's abrupt change of heart - without properly leading up to it - at the train station. - Copyright SearchIndia.com.
