This romantic comedy is hellishly bad because of its absolutely asinine story.

Orthopedist Samir (Salman Khan) fends off pretty girls by lying that he's married. But when he meets and falls in love with Sonia (Katrina Kaif), his "already married" strategy backfires and he is forced to resort to more and more lies to salvage his love.

To keep Sonia, Samir seeks the help of his pretty nurse Naina (Sushmita Sen), who unbeknownst to him is in love with him.

The only saving grace of this zany movie is Salman Khan's fine acting.

Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya is supposedly inspired by Cactus Flower starring Walter Matthau, Ingrid Bergman and Goldie Hawn. - Copyright SearchIndia.com.
