* A poor woman admitted to a government hospital in the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh sold her new-born baby for $125. Cheap, na. In the last two years, we have seen about 28 or 29 Tamil movies in theatres here. Each time, we’ve spent over $100 (tickets, gas, toll, lunch, snacks et al). Just think, we could have purchased a Kaurava camp of 100 babies with that money.
