This has not created any riples or expectation in industry. After much hyped by media Sivaji has not lived up to its expectation. It has able to get only 20 crores over and above the cost of the film. It is estimated that it will gross around 350cr but ended up only collecting 90crores.So ther is no expectation for robot. But for kamalhaasan stareer dasavatharm there is a huge expectation. If sivaji has not collected 30cr from overseas it would have been ended up in a red. Some of the distributors in tamilnadu have reported that they suffered loss because of Sivaji.

Robo will not materialize since it requires a huge fund.

OK, Nostradamus. Now take out your crystal ball and tell us who will be the next U.S. President.

I am not nostradamus to predict the future .but i no wat exactly happened in the past.see this link

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sivaji:_The_Boss

sivaji is a big letoff and disappointmnet .It has grossed only 95 cr .it was expected to gross around 3bn cr.so he is not that big star as you claim.
i do not claim ridiculous things like you (as you said billa a flop, kollywood is 3 rd bigest cinefiled in india, there is no third party source in india to know boxoffice record of a movie).i hav eproer source sto my claims.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

    Are you a complete imbecile?

Do you even understand what you write? You make no sense most of the time.

You write above that Sivaji “was expected to gross around 3bn cr.” Do you understand what the number 3bn cr means?

    Stop writing garbage, you nincompoop.

  4. dilip   April 1, 2008 at 2:01 am

I know more about the numbers than you.3bn means 300 crores.I madse a mistake in a above statement ok..i said it collected around only 95cr wen it is expeted to gross 3bn.so dont think you are the only smartest person in the world.if you are really neutral you would have accepted billa is a blockbustter .definnitely you are not neutral.and also you made lot of baloneys about rajni.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

Make up your mind. Was Sivaji expected to do 3bn or 3bn cr (depending on your mood of the moment, you’ve used one or the other)?

Many of your comments are littered with inaccuracies, half-truths and inconsistencies in your vain attemps to make an actor out of that non-actor Ajith.

We’ve seen several of Ajith’s movies. In the coming weeks/months, we intend to see more films featuring Ajith.

Whether it’s Ajith, Rajnikanth, Vijay, Kamal Haasan, Surya, Simbhu or Dhanush, SearchIndia.com has been extremely fair, unbiased and neutral in its reviews.

  5. dilip   April 2, 2008 at 2:53 am

If you are relly neutral and fair to all you wouldnt have harassed ajith in such a way.i saw aalwar review which is relly accpetable.
If any movie feature ajith or trisha or jothika you just hate those movies and use really harsh words against them.
You said in a sommething something movie review featuring jayam ravi kollyowdd lacks any logic and this buffons just recycle the same lovestoreis again and agin.but in dishyum review you wrote it is agood movie which is also a love story recycled amny times so you are not neutral.if a movie features jeeva or pasupathy, raghuvaran ,prakashraj u say those movies are good.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

As usual, you are wrong. Either you do not read carefully or you are unable to understand what you read. In our January 2008 review of Bheema, we said Raghuvaran is a caricature of his usual self.

Regarding your comment on Dishyum, here’s what we wrote – Dishyum is a love story. Make no mistake – most Tamil film makers are not that innovative. But its attraction is in fine packaging. If you read carefully, we paid more attention to Sandhya’s performance than Jeeva in the Dishyum review.

you wrote”An absolutely unoriginal love story, Something Something Unakkum Enakkum is devoid of any semblance of artistic merit or entertainment value.
Agreed, given Indian directors’ strange obsession with love stories, there’s not much leeway to maneuver. After all in how many different ways can you flog a dead horse”?
As early as the 1940s, Hollywood directors made such classic love stories like Casablanca, Notorious and For Whom the Bell Tolls.
Sixty years later, the Kollywood buffoons are still making jackass movies like Something Something Unakkum Enakkum.

in dishyum review wrote “Apart from Sandhya’s noteworthy performance, Dishyum also stands out for its fairly tight script and decent music
Dishyum is a love story. Make no mistake – most Tamil film makers are not that innovative. But its attraction is in fine packaging”.both are love stories see the difference between the reviews .trisha did a fine job in something something and sandhya did a fine job in dishyum so u r not neutral definitely u hate actress like jothika, trisha.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

    Are you a complete retard?

Ajith, Trisha, Jothika etc are stars. They are NOT actors. Even if a fine story is handed to Ajith, Trisha or Jothika, they would mess it up because they are complete strangers to the concept of acting. Ajith and Trisha wouldn’t recognize acting if it hit them on the face.

Sandhya, Pasupathy, Vikram, Meera Jasmine, Navya Nair etc are fine Actors and stand out even in rotten stories.

without acting skills any body cant become stars ,are you fool to say big star have become stars overnite without any acting skills.ok then what according to you is acting.are you having any accademy or instituion to teach what acting is.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

To understand and appreciate good acting, you need a frame of reference, which you seem to lack. Watch some of Marlon Brando’s old movies like On the Waterfront, Streetcar Named Desire or movies featuring Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Robert Redford, Anthony Hopkins, Meryl Streep etc.

  8. dilip   April 15, 2008 at 6:57 am

you just seem to lack sense and you are just talking like a fool. environment and logistics of hollywood is different from indian cinefield comparing different cinefileds does not make any sense only if you live in india you know about this cinefield in india and you know how stars like rajni or srk or amitabh or ajit have become stars. watch movies like aarilinthu aruvadu varai, moondru muduchu and some old movies of rajni to know about the acting calibre of rajni. watch movies like mugavari ,vaali, aasai to know about the acting skills of ajith and wathc movies like anjam, baazigar to know about the acting skills of srk.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

Podipaya, What makes you think we’re unacquainted with the Indian film industry?

We’ve watched several old Rajini movies including Aarilinthu Aruvadu Varai, Thappu Thalangal, Aadu Puli Attam, Ninaithale Inikkum, Priya, Billa, Polladhavan etc. We were quite moved by Aarilinthu Aruvadu Varai and the song Kanmaniye Kathal Enbathu when we first watched it.

Just because you live in Tamil Nadu does not automatically make you an expert on Tamil movies. So, cut the drivel.
