Cash for Trash Proves America is a Plutocracy

The latest move by the crooked politicians in Washington to purchase the bad assets of U.S. financial giants for a mind-boggling sum of over $700 billion, the bailout of AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the golden parachutes of fatcat failed CEOs and earlier moves to successfully tighten bankruptcy rules prove beyond doubt – to even the greatest of doubting Thomases – that America has become a plutocracy being run by the wealthy for the exclusive benefit of the wealthy.

What ever happened to the much touted ideology of capitalism and the notion of letting the market take care of things.

Greedy and incompetent pigs like Vikram Pandit of Citigroup and Henry Paulson (formerly of Goldman Sachs and currently Treasury Secretary) have fed at the trough of “greed is good” capitalism even while their reckless actions were bringing the house down.

This bailout of the financial institutions is way beyond nonsense.

I hear that Paulson was getting a fat sum as wage to the tune of 130,000/- Dollars a month?????

If several of these guys started looting the companies in the name of “expertise” (What expertise after drowing the institutes in debt??) how could any company could survive.

There should be a some sort of a sense in operating any businesses. How could anybody walk away with a big amount while the real hard work is being done by the mid level workers and the others sweating and toiling to scrape the earth for a meagre sum?

US is a big time robbery joint. The public money is swindled by many affluent guys whose having contacts in the higher levels of the political system and they are being fed uncontrollably.

You know the biggest lost happen to the “Great US” is the losing of humanity by the ruling elites. They simply nod for any inhuman activity that is just being introduced as “bills:” in the senate and it is approved by many. Because, I suspect that everybody (Most) is having a some kind of a share in the big fat cake.

The waging of wars is a big sin and big mistake where innocent people are killed and maimed without any remorse or apology.
