Our Tax Ordeal is OVER, Finally

What a frigging nightmare.

We mean the fiendishly complicated U.S. tax forms.

Finally, we managed to complete the darn tax forms.

Today, i.e. April 15 is the deadline for all Americans to file their tax returns for 2008.

Notwithstanding its horribly complicated sections, we’re proud to tell you that we’ve always done the tax returns on our own.

Never gone to H&R Block or used any of that TurboTax software.

Done it all manually, all these years.

All that’s left for us now is to take the damn thing to the post office, drop it in the post box and drop by at McDonald’s for the Free Medium Iced McCafe Coffee with our Tax Day Coffee Break coupon. Hey, all you cheapo desis, don’t tell us you forgot the free coffee. Remember cheapos, it’s valid only today.

How difficult is the annual tax return in India?

Did you hear about this? Rajesh Khanna paid 7 crores tax this yr. How the hell did he earn so much??

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

We haven’t seen Rajesh Khanna in any movies lately. His last good movie was Aaradhana – the late Shakti Samanta’s classic.
