Academy is robbing Avatar. Even Sound Editing, the 4 other movies were better than Hurt Locker, unless the people judging were deaf.

When i heard the name Bigelow, the name flashed into my memory is – Bam Bam Bigelow a famous wrestler when i was kid…lol

she is James Cameroon’s Ex; and they changed the voting system from winner takes all to proportionally weighted; and they increased the number of nominees from 5 to 10 😀

Just because Kathryn Bigelow once sat on the same toilet seat as Jim Cameron does not entitle her to the Oscar.
Oh and the fact that Jeff Bridges was nominated 5 times has been mentioned every time some one as much as thought about “best actor” definitely had nothing to do with the final result 😀

No, the only Jeff Bridges film we’ve seen is Arlington Road some 10 years back.
Mahatma, Big lebowski is one of my favourite movies..! 😀 I can’t remember how many times I’ve watched the damn movie.. ”The Dude” rocks..!
