Yuvraj Singh is in top form in this World Cup! 🙂

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

He’d probably be playing better if he were not feeling a little sick because of the intense heat in Chennai.

Ass win! Dunno if India were shielding him from the other teams’ computer analysts.. But he is definitely a better player than Chawla.. at least in limited overs cricket.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

Crazy sudden collapse of our batting after a decent start, yet again. 🙁

Aus / SL – both are equally dangerous.. so this game doesn’t really matter.

but for people paying 150 bucks, a win does matter, I suppose 😉

I remember the days when I was so passionate about cricket.. I went to the MAC stadium(I think the ticket price was 10 Rs. or so) for all 5 days of a one-sided Ranji Trophy final.. Tamil Nadu won.

Now the only time I watch is the closing minutes of a close match or when Tendulkar/Sehwag bat. I do let the commentary run in the background.

          SearchIndia.com Responds

          Never seen a live match.

Where do you get the commentary?

Would be nice to get it on iPhone!

          • முனிAndy   March 20, 2011 at 10:27 am

it is actually an audio commentary from the free video stream running on one of the browser tabs. I switch to that tab when a wicket falls.

            SearchIndia.com Responds

Is there no such thing as a Radio Commentary at all now?

  3. முனிAndy   March 20, 2011 at 11:50 am

Yuvi was almost not selected.. now he is looking like the MVP. Best spin bowler and probably the second best batsman in the team.. Sehwag being of out-of-form.

    SearchIndia.com Responds

Bad Luck. Trisha in stadium. Looked like her. 🙁

    • முனிAndy   March 20, 2011 at 12:15 pm

Was she sitting next to Dhoni’s wife? They showed 3 nice looking aunties(one of them was Mrs. Dhoni.. who shied away from the camera).. one of them did look like Trisha.. sort of..

      SearchIndia.com Responds:

Trisha was on the extreme left of the three girls grandmas. She would be on the extreme right, if you are looking from TV viewers perspective.

    • curiousboy   March 20, 2011 at 12:51 pm

I am not a kid! I am a 22 year old man! 8). Here comes the proof for that!

Blow jooo ooo ooo, blow jooo ooo ooo, blow jooo ooo ooo. 😀

This win’s no big deal (Except for the fact that Dhoni finally woke up and gave Raina and Ashwin a game to play).

The real test begins now dudes. The action now shifts to Motera at Ahmedabad. No matter who wins, it is gonna be a tearful farewell and heartbreak for teams. 1) Australia, if they manage to lose this QF, will get knocked out of the Worldcup without reaching the Semis for the first time since 1992(Almost 20 fucking years).
    2) If Australia do get defeated, it will certainly be the end of Ricky Ponting’s glorious ODI career (He deserves a sad ending, let’s pray so)
    3) On the other end, if India do lose (Let’s hope they don’t, atleast for all the bloody hype they did), BYE BYE SACHIN. I am afraid that Sachin needs to bid farewell to his ODI career irrespective of his form. India need to move on. With all due respect to the centuries and the wonderful 50s he scored, Sachin needs to go. He has nothing more to achieve (except a WORLD CUp win, which I am afraid he may never win…..well almost)

Whoever wins, we are gonna see some great fireworks. Boy!!! and they said ODIs are boring……

Aaaaarrrgghhh. Grrrrrrrrr. This is embarassing! I’m going. Good Night. One day i will take my REVENGE! But how?

Reminds me of a funny dialogue from a Bollywood movie, ‘Dhamaal’.

“Agar ek baar… ek baar woh muche mil jayeee, then i will choppp hisss… LLLLLLLL… LLLLLLLL… LLLLLLLL…

    LEGSSSS!!!” 😉
