There are the daily chutiya deals that land in your mail-box and then there are the real deals.
Guys, Qatar Airways’ 2-1 appears to be one of those rare real deals.
To celebrate its 100th destination milestone, Qatar Airways has rolled out a limited-time promotion that offers you 2 tickets for the price of 1.
We played around with the bookings on the Qatar Airways web site and the savings for two people could be as much as $700 compared to other airlines like Lufthansa or Air India.
You must book on 13th or 14th April for travel between 1st May and 14th June to take advantage of the deal.
Of course, there are the usual Terms and Conditions. Make sure you read the fine print carefully.

There was a direct flight from Qatar to Madras, but they cancelled it. Now I have started travelling Air Arabia to Cbe.
I tried to book using this offer (twice) but was not able to. The offer they made for the second time was for traveling between May 1 & June 14. But when I consulted, I could only reach an announcement page stating that the web page/offer was closed.
A good offer though. I have travelled with Qatar, and its quite good, except that if your departure is delayed, you have to stay atleast 48 hrs in Qatar before getting into another connecting flight to India. The expenses are borne by the Airlines though 🙂 And I did have “baggage-not-arrived-problem” with them.
But the flight & service was good though.
