Hey buddy, why waste your time watching the trashy hindi movies of late.

What about the good hollywood movies that are underrated like:
Watchmen (2009) A film made from a novel of the same name. (Watch it, it is a superhero film with a difference. Although, it is not a very great film by any means, you may/will like it)
She Creature (2001) – A made-for-tv film. The story is based on a mermaid (Although this mermaid is no innocent, sweet, charming angel like Arial)
The Beast (1996) – Again a made for TV movie (Similar to Steven Spielberg’s Jaws) – The film is about a town, which relies on fishing as its main trade. Things turn awry when two a honeymoon couple on a boat get killed by something from beneath the sea. Things turn worse when an underwater expedition to explore the sea turns out to be a deathtrap due to the presence of a monster (See the movie). Again, this movie is good, although not great by any means. This film is a classic example of how good movies can be made on a small budget.
2001: A Space Odyssey: Rated as one of the best sci-fi movies to be made.

    SearchIndia.com Responds:

We’ll watch 2001:A Space Odyssey in the next week or so and review it here.

BTW, we recently watched a decent-by-Indian-standards film Mr and Mrs Iyer. Will try to review it today.

2001:A Space Odyssey.. would like your review.

try ‘A Clockwork Orange’ also by Kubrick , I think you will like this better.

      SearchIndia.com Responds:

A Clockwork Orange is already in our NFLX Instant Queue.

If possible add Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket…. Intense marine training scenes and horrific Vietnam war sequences make them unforgettable.

        SearchIndia.com Responds:

        Done.

U.S. Readers: Full Metal Jacket is also on Netflix Instant Play, making it convenient for you folks to watch any time.

      Thanks buddy.

Do not miss Watchmen. It is a decent movie, albeit a very different one. An adaptation of the Alan Moore Novel “The Watchmen”. If you get a chance, please do read the graphical novel.

      SearchIndia.com Responds:

      Will do.
